That would do me fine, I was going for the high neck one, but I will have the one you have ready as long as it's not someone else's! Will paypal the money now (plus a bit extra because I didn't add enough for the pp fees on the collars).
Thanks!
Payment sent now

There are quite a few things outstanding now for 7 days or more. If those members can please settle up, or let me know if they no longer want the items, it would help, thanks.

Coat received and it fits perfectly, thanks very much! Of course the weather's better now but I'm not complaining, I'm sure we'll need it very soon anyway.
Cheers

I predict that it will rain again soon, Ann-Marie. ;D
Glad it's arrived safely, if a little later than expected. Darned postal strikes probably delayed it.

Hi dunno if i'm putting this in the right bit (i still get confused and i'm not a newbie  ) but I know that Pinkpaws have some to spend for our Wishlist thing. Now, the only harness and leads sets you have at the moment are too big for our needs - however, we do have a few fundraising events coming up soon (bootfairs, shows, online auctions), so are we allowed to get things that we would sell on, we also have fosterers so the other option is to get things for them, but i think the only thing there would be the blankets, as i dont think you have a cat toy thread  Can someone advise me what is best to do please Thankyou

No problems brackensmum - here is fine - You can always start a new thread to ask a question, there are no hard rules here so there's nothing to get confused by! Yes you can buy things to sell on, we'd ask that you try not to sell them for less then the price on the forum, or at least let the person buying the item know the real price so that they don't come to the forum and want the item at a price TRPD can't afford to sell at (blimey was that one sentence) No, no cat toy thread - but if you want harnesses and/or blankets let us know what you'd like and Al can see what she can make for you (with her thumb in a splint!).

Brackens mum I might have a few spare breakaway cat collars you can have if i can dig them out for you? You'll have to give me a couple of weeks though cos my house currently resembles downtown beirut!

yep up until recently i was a foster mum to all the pregnant queens and their resulting kittens, so i know exactly what its like. I gave up to give more time to my family, and my own pets (all my cats are failed fosters lol).
They'll either be kitten size (6-9in) or cat size (7-11in). I cant remember how many i have left lol, but as i get the house organised and unearth them i'll put them aside for ya.

I have a greyhound girly that I need a harness for please.. in measuring her, do I measure her just behind her legs and round her chest there, or further back where her ribs are deepest? The whippies only tucked up in one direction, she tucks up in two! LOL!

I usually suggest that measurements are taken around the deepest point of the chest. That way, there's a little room for expansion or fitting the harness over the top of a coat. There should be some padded chest harnesses coming up in the auctions, unless any more things occur to disrupt my sewing schedule. (My October Challenge is to make and auction/sell at least 100 items per month. )

Al, rather than making up stuff in the short supply fabric and hoping it'll be what people want, what about offering designer one-offs, where you list the material and the trimming options and get them to bid on that?
e.g "faux zebra skin waterproof material for coat. can be lined with cowprint or pink polka dot fleece or cath kidston cotton. max size 28" size. prices to start at £5 up to 20", £7 to start 22" and greater ". then if you sell 1, you can offer it again, putting a maximum size on it. Hopefully you'll make stuff in the sizes people want, rather than making it on the possibilityof getting it right. "
Clear as mud? I'm good at that!

I think I follow you, Elaine. I'll need more space though here to be able to see what fabrics we actually have. Nik was hoping to call in but that's gone pear-shaped because the 'bug' has reached her workplace and several colleagues are off sick, so she's having to work O/T.
I do, however, have a nice sized piece of giraffe print ponyskin fabric, so if anyone fancies a dog coat in that, please speak up ASAP. Therew should be enough to get at least two large coats and probably a little one from it. Also there's a piece of light beige/stone faux suede. Again, probably enough for up to two large coats.
There are also pieces of pastel pink and pastel blue bonded faux suede, and like the dark chocolate used to make the faux suede chillcheaters. Enough of each to make one large chillcheater.
Anyone interested, please speak up ASAP.
