Was just looking at the 27" budgerigar blue, closed front chillcheater fleece that you've made up for us and it's so nice, am VERY pleased with it! Thank you Al once again for a fab coat and the reflective or decorative flashes on the neck and back area really make it extra nice! xx

Glad you like it, Andre'. Cath, the only towelling colours I have large enough to make the big cool-down coat are either a buttermilk yellow or a dark chocolate brown. Muddle, I can do either black, navy or green, and the sherpa lining colours available are dark brown or I have a little red with black pawprints left. I've not had a chance to measure up the ones that are cut out yet, though. It's been a bit of a busy, hectic day. I am going to have to take much of tomorrow off to catch up chores such as fetching animal feed and some more weeding and dock/grass cutting down at LT. However, I'll be able to do more cutting etc., oer the weekend.

I would like black with the red/black pawprints fleece if possible, but failing this then black with dark brown lining. There is really no rush to make mine though, so if anyone else needs things more urgently please do them first.

Thanks, I should be able to make that up over the weekend, as things are fairly quiet at the moment, and it's best for me to try to keep on top of orders, else I am prone to forget! (Senior moments and all that! ) Actually, now - June/July - is a good time/month to get your coat & raincoat orders in, because from August onwards things do get much busier. I can't work as fast as I used to, either!

I know what you mean Al - I'm worried I might forget that I have ordered a coat on here and might have to write down a note to check back! Do you want me to Paypal in advance, or when made up? Please let me know total amount.

Hi Al what do I owe you for the collar for Kayleigh please?
10" neck size, ideally 1/2 " wide, think you were going for burgundy with a pretty trim.

Glad you like them, Jacky. I have more of that 'forget-me-not' gingham trim, but not much. Thought it was pretty and different.

Linda, the most girly raincoat colour I have at present is probably red. Would that suit you? Dyane, I have some made up in green and navy blue 3/4" comfort web, which would work out at £5.50 each inclusive.

Hi Al, I'm looking for a stormcheater style waterproof, buckle fronted coat for my spine damage greyhound girl Millie - but with cotton lining for the summer downpours (she already has a fleecelined stormcheater, as well as a chillcheater coat!). If you can do, then she is 28", black waterproof outer - not sure what cotton lining options you have (if any)? I'll put £18 in post tomorrow in any event in hope that this is possible; this style of coat stays on her best, she is wasted on her rear hind right end and drags that leg; she feels the heat but we've had some shocking downpours that don't do her arthritic tail any good (mine neither ;D)

I don't think there is much choice in cotton lining fabric, Chrissie - I have some dark navy/green tartan that I often use and that is ideal, hope that suits you?

Can I change from black to the forest green, though, for the waterproof fabric, please? my note with chq is already posted and says black, but I'd definitely like to swap to the forest green, with the colour of the cotton lining.

Will sort that for you, Chrissie, although when I looked at the available cotton lining, what I have is actually a green/navy/brown/beige brushed cotton check, there wasn't enough of the navy/green tartan left - which is odd, as I was sure there was more there. If you want to alter the outer colour again, please let me know asap. BTW, your cheque arrived safely this morning, thanks.

Will stick with the green outer, Al - I'm allergic to black and navy together

The 28" black stormcheaters with red and black pawprint linings are now ready. (£18 each.) I think one is Muddle's... and I can't remember who ordered the other, closed front one. Also ready, is the red 28" decorative fleece one, and the 18" red whippet decorative chillcheater, which I managed to make twice, as I forgot it was supposed to be closed front. I'll put the open fronted one in the auctions tomorrow, when I have the light to take a pic of it.
