would a word with the council help could it be a type of harassment my neighbor kept throwing her dog toys over the fence then coming round to demand them back now this minute knowing I can not get into the garden the council environment heath man had a word with her they are both parfait houses Rosalyn

That's a good idea...otherwise if you chop them off at the bottom they will die off....

I am told anything growing over your property you can cut back
we have IVY growing on the other side of the fence very pretty on there side
and we often cut it back
but I do have to admit we have a Honeysuckle they are difficult to keep tidy
