As well as a pet calendar TRPD try to produce a more scenic/ wildlife calendar which may appeal to a wider audience. Photos already in the seasons sections will be considered but the judge is hoping for a larger selection to choose from.
Its free entry and we would love to see your pics!!
Photos to be judged the Sunday 24th September

OK, sorry in advance for the number! Taken through my front room window as I sat here at my pc! (East Coker, Somerset) --------------------- on the pond at Devizes, Wiltshire, known as 'The Crammer'. ------------------------------ Think this was down at Lulworth Cove, not 100% sure. (Dorset) ----------------------------- Think this must have been a young sparrowhawk, as he didn't catch anything and looked a bit lost! On my back garden fence. ------------------------------- Off the coast at Portland (Dorset) Back with a few more later - you have been warned, lol!

Oh I love that jackdaw! He is fab, I take it he's a youngster, as he's got no grey cap? Is he a hand raised chap, Jutta?

Nuthatch on my back garden bird table ---------------------- This is the lane leading along through our village. Not a great shot, but I love it so thought I'd share ---------------------- This chap was part of a huuuuuge ring of Fly Agarics, a fungus I'd never seen before! It was taken at Ferne Animal Sanctuary, at Chard, in Somerset. ---------------------------- This probably won't count as it's an exotic butterfly from a rain forest style environment. It was taken on a day out around Buckfastleigh, and at the steam train station we saw the signs for this, and an otter sanctuary. It was lovely, but hot and steamy, so not ideal for taking pics! --------------------------- We were on a day trip out to Seaton and that area, and I think this is Beer harbour we were looking down on. ---------------------------- And this is just a shot taken at Compton Acres, Poole, looking up through some autumn leaves. I had this printed on a calendar of my own last year! ;D
