LOL - At this rate, Ali we will be nominating you to create an animated logo or something for 'Gospel Street'... Something is rumbling still underground on this one, and I have my suspects!

Not sure how to stop the jumping in the middle and the eskimo needs slowing down TERRY HELP Firstly, congratulations on combining so many component GIFs into a single one, that is very impressive. The problems you have experienced are similar to those I had, and you would quickly figure them out, even without my help. 1) The major jump is in the first frame, which is for some reason out of allignment. I can't offer an explanation without seeing you creating it. But I have removed the first frame to overcome this jump. Not a lot is lost! 2) When combining multiple gifs, you must note their relative speeds (The D number below each frame). To overcome this, I cropped your gif down to just the igloo, and used just the first 7 frames. I deleted frame 3 as it was a repeat, then copied and pasted 2 additional of each of the waving frames in, to make 3 consecutive identical frames of each arm position. This has the effect of slowing that part of the animation down, in time with the remainder. It also made enough frames to match the total number of frames in your original. 3) I then pasted, using propogate, the entire set of revised igloo frames into your original, directly over the original igloo. 4) There is a similar jump with the fishing penguin, and this appears to be as the result of the shorter fishing gif being added in 2 steps, and not quite lined up properly in the second half. This could be avoided, if it is the cause, by selecting all the frames in the large GIF before adding the fishing one, using propogate. The additional GIF will be repeated for as many frames as you have selected. Download my version below, and look at the waving frames, one by one, in Animation Shop. please e-mail me if you need more specific help.

I just went to download this and there is a 30 day free trial before buying. As I am going away again on Friday until 4th September, I will download it when I get back.

WOW!! I never thought I'd find myself saying this, but Terry you are the master. You must be if you can teach an old dragon like me to produce stuff like this. Thanks so much for the private tuition, you've made me realise that it's never too late to learn. And just to prove I do listen to what you tell me, (well sometimes anyway), ;D what's your verdict on this one?

I never thought I'd find myself saying this, but Terry you are the master. You must be if you can teach an old dragon like me to produce stuff like this. what's your verdict on this one? You certainly seem to have taken the bull by the horns with this DL (Dragon Lady), I am most impressed. So you actually remembered what you were told the first time round. The big GIF you sent me by e-mail is quite spectacular. Pity it's over 3 times the permitted size for Photobucket so everyone else can't see it. Your turn now Ali, just shout if you want any further help. Has anyone else had a try yet? We'll soon have enough experts to have a real competition! Just PM me if you need further help or guidance.
