Not sure we could compete at those prices, Mary - although the one and only review was rather poor for the second product.

Not sure we could compete at those prices, Mary - although the one and only review was rather poor for the second product. Maybe just cut them up and sell them for people to tie round their suitcases but cutting the straps up and tying them round the suitcase handles made them easier to find (and the only reason this got even one star)

The difficulty with these is that one needs several widths of the same webbing to make a bridle, and for the different straps, and we don't have the range. Also the fittings are specialist items and have to be bought in x 100 of each! Could use some of the 1" ones for headcollars for horses, and I have fittings for those, but how many could we sell? Also, not sure if we could compete with cheap imports of these.

I'm new hear so dont even know if I am supposed to post but could you use the webbing for "dual" leads for walking 2 dogs at once? These are relatively expensive and more difficult to get hold of and we often walk two greyhounds together and one lead is easier than two.
Hope I'm not out of order - I am about to become a Wolf by the way

Tissy, dual leads are easy to get hold of here. There are several on offer for only £7.00p each for the ones to suit adult greyhounds at this link: Apprentice Challenge Sale - and if you don't see the number or colours/sizes you want, they can be made for you.

Drinks bottle holder, with long strap so goes over the shoulder - can find/draw a picture of one if you want? Missed this post somehow, sorry, Mary! Okay, show me a picture of what you mean, please. ;D

if the drinks holder works, then using a clip attahmnt to the shoulder harness would mean it could be attached to the walking belt as well?

Armargos Padded Sighthound House Collar These collars come in a rainbow of colours of webbing and lengths (measured between the rings) from 12” to 18”, with wide and contrasting colour, sherpa fleece padding for comfort.
They are like a slip collar but with a wide, padded piece behind the webbing. Handy in the house because the dogs can still wear their tags, just in case of an emergency or accidental escape. They are very light and comfortable, yet give an owner something to hold, should they need to do so indoors - i.e. if someone comes and they need to answer the door or remove a dog from one room to another and so onOnly: £3.75p each or 3 for £10.00p or a pack of 10 assorted size/colour collars for £30.00p.
For your beautiful borzoi, slinky saluki, lovely lurcher, gorgeous greyhound or wonderful whippet!
Or buy some for your favourite sighthound rescue!

DOUBLE ENDED LEADS These come in a variety of colours of webbing including: red, black, plum, green, forest green, pink.
Brilliantly versatile lead to make your life with your dog even easier – clip one end to the collar and one to the harness or the halti. Or use it for two dogs at the same time and of course these leads go extremely well with the walking belt (sold by the wildcats and we shouldn’t point it out, but hey…it’s all for rescue animals!)!!! The choice is yours – and the choice is endless!
Only £6 or £7 depending on width of the lead and INCLUDING POSTAGE!!
Or, of course, buy some for your favourite rescue! TRPD—easing the plight of animals in the care of rescues

Jutta, is this a draft submission for discussion or your team's final entry, please?

Sorry, Al - it's a draft as I'd like Viv to make it prettier and all wolves to see if they like it or not (and let us know if they have better ideas!) I'd also like to incorporate your signature label thingy both for the label and for the 'advert' AND a good link, but I think Viv will do that much nicer and prettier than I can

Jutta, if you click on this post of mine as if to modify it, it should show the code for the signature logo and you're welcome to copy that... THANK YOU Jutta

Jutta, the lead in your picture is actually a 'Versatility Plus' and not the standard double-ended lead. ;D (The standard double-ended one doesn't have the extra ring near the one clip. )

Right then, to spice things up a bit more for this challenge, each team may pick a further two items to market, and as listed in the June Sale thread. (I'll move what they pick into the Apprentice Challenge thread.) First come, first served with your choice of items, teams.

They are yours to sell, Mary, and I have now transferred them to the Apprentice Challenge Sale... off for a bath and an early night now, so I can be up early for when the early-rising Wolves make their choices!

What is this the standard double-ended lead then? I couldn't find a single photo of them?? Wolves - would you like the blankets and bedding items and Greyhound/Whippet coats? Oh - and I believe our adverts 'up there' are now final apart from, of course, that we haven't got a photo of the correct lead as noone in the team seems to have a standard double-ended lead!! Great job though with the ads and I love the piccie under "easing the plight"
