When I have some spare time (and when my health issues sometimes mean a little more rest) I do make a fair amount of stuff. I sew and I knit and a few other odd things to such as XS. SO my question is...how can I help? I would like to help when I can, and I do enjoy my crafts, they are my way to relax and unwind (apart from a good book ) I just have no clue how to be more useful.

One of the easiest ways to help, and if one makes things, would be to offer to donate things that can be used by a rescue to the Virtual Prize Box. Those are then used as quiz/competition prizes, and can be sent out directly to the rescue nominated by the winner. Here is a link to the VPB: petcraftproject.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=quiz&action=display&thread=2997When you have donated to that, just keep an eye on the quiz thread to see when your item has been won, and by whom, so that you can enclose a little slip with it, letting the rescue know why you are sending it, and the name of the person won won it. If you PM one of the admin team, they should be able to provide you with the rescue's address.
