Living Tree Memorial
The Living Tree memorial site is a very special place. Set in the beautiful tranquil Herefordshire countryside is a plantation of thousands of Christmas trees, amongst these is the Hereford and Worcester memorial site - 700 Christmas trees kindly donated to us by a supporter. The plantation is a haven for birds, wildlife and natural habitat.
By adopting one of our trees not only are you paying a lasting tribute to your pet, you will be providing continued shelter to the forest's inhabitants and raising funds to help our charity continue its work, caring for the many stray and abandoned dogs that come to our rescue each year.
The cost of adopting a tree is £10.00, for this you will have a tree dedicated to the memory of your pet, an adoption certificate, and at Christmas a card and message from your own tree.Yearly renewal costs just £5.00 to cover administration costs.
What better way to pay a lasting and fitting tribute in memory of your pet. Just email us a photograph and a few words of dedication. Payment can be made by using the donation button, by cheque or postal order.

I think this is a wonderful idea. A way to remember our loved ones gone to the Bridge and to help future rescue dogs too

The Hereford and Worcester Animal Rescue Website has a page for the living tree memorial, where people's messages are posted. It is still being developed. It will have a nice forest background picture and some nice music when it is finished.
