Sighthounds Online were very kindly donated this spectacular painting recently for our Spring auction by the artist Jo March.
(Excuse the photo it really does not do this magnificent painting any justice at all )
The painting is called "Evening Hills" and depicts a man walking his 2 hounds through the hills at dusk.
It is an acrylic painting and measures 43 x 53 cm including the frame, the actual painting is 28 x 39cm.
Jo's works of art usually sell in the region of £300 - £400 and as you can imagine that value will go up over the years. Jo herself owns 3 ex-racing greyhounds and is very much committed to sighthound welfare, you can view more of her work here :

If you or a friend or a relative fancy the chance of owning this original, signed, mounted, framed and ready to hang painting then all you need to do is buy some raffle tickets now
Here is a close up of the two beautiful hounds ;D :
There are 100 tickets up for grabs and they are selling at £5.00 each or £12.00 for 3. Once they are all sold we will enter everyone's names into a virtual hat and pick a winner at random
You do not have to be a member of Sighthounds Online to buy your tickets (although you're more than welcome to join our forums if you like - Sighthounds Online), payments can be made by cheque/postal order or via paypal.
