Vegetable-QuizI hope this one isn’t too easy… Which vegetable is it? (Two types of vegetable appear twice in these photos) The chosen rescue of the member to first guess/know the correct vegetable for each photo will be sent a fluorescent collar (kindly donated by Selina). 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 (They're all from "the Dickerfield" ;D)

Chocolate Saurkraut CakeRecipe Preparation Instructions : Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together; add alternately with water to creamed mixture. Rinse drained saurkraut well in cold water, drain again. Chop or snip into very small pieces. Add to batter. Divide batter between 2 greased and floured 8-inch pans. Bake in preheated (350 F. ) oven for about 30 minutes. Recipe Origin: The origin of the recipe " Chocolate Saurkraut Cake " is unkown. Serves: 6.00 people. 1 Butter or margarine 0.67 c 2 Sugar 1.50 c 3 Eggs 3.00 4 Vanilla 1.00 ts 5 Unsweetened cocoa 0.50 c 6 Flour, sifted 2.25 c 7 Soda 1.00 ts 8 Baking powder 1.00 ts 9 Salt 0.25 ts 10 Water 1.00 c 11 Saurkraut, well drained 0.67 c

yuk - never heard of chocolate sauerkraut thingy. I love Sauerkraut (yes, it's fermented cabbage) - but please, NOT with chocolate! One tends to eat it with mashed potatoes and (if one is not a vegetarian) with something like gammon or ham.

No 2 starts with the German word for "cabbage"... (yes, in English as well - it's the same word in English and in German for this vegetable)
