On the subject of 'cheeky birds' the sparrows in my garden are eating more than 5 fat balls per day at the moment! I ut out 10 yesterday in two feeders, one on the elder tree, the other hanging outside the bathroom window. The former is empty, the latter heading that way rapidly!

I have had to remove the lid from my compost bin because a local cat uses it as a perch to eye up the rabbit from. Far from being intimidated by the cat, the rabbit sits watching it, periodically washing its marriage tackle in readiness for the cat to come down! That rabbit is lethal! When I washed Kira's stuffed toys, one teddy fell off the line above the rabbit run and was promptly leapt upon and treated to several minutes of passion before I could rescue it and return it, well-muddied, to the washing machine! That rabbit would have happily awarded its favours to the bantam hen last year, had she not taken great umbrage and chased it all around the run! I only have the one, younger rabbit with the missing nose left, and can't help wondering if its passionate tendencies when on the loose in the wild, may have been behind it losing its nose?

Well done, Ali, the one that was eluding members was, of course, the cheeky little sparrow. Where would you like the mystery prizes to go, please?
