Dear "all of TRPD" Would there possibly be any interest in a wild plant photo competition grubby fingered gardeners vs wildcats vs wolves I know a lot of the gardeners don't have access to this forum, but if the one(s) that have could pass the competition stuff around they may still be able to take part. I'd be happy to scan any photos for the grubbies ( ;D) and put them up on the thread for them. I'm thinking of a competition that runs for at least 2 weeks and the object is to take many photos of certain plants (all will be explained), so I'm pretty sure that the ones without access to the internet still have a very good chance (especially since they probably know more about plants than the rest of us do anyway). So - please let me know if the grubbies errr the gardeners would like to be involved in this way or if they'd rather not be included.

I can ask them, Jutta, but doubt very much if this would appeal to any of their 4 active members. They aren't really photographers and, I dont think, many would even possess a camera.

OK - I'll just make it a "wolves vs cats" competition. Will be up sometime tomorrow! one of them would like to take part (or would like to be available for tipps as to what plant would be good - again, you'll know what I mean when the competition is up - ) he/she can either say "I'm a wolf or a wildcat for this competition" or offer a photo (or advice) for a donation to the virtual prize box. So they can be involved if they'd like to! By the way - this competition is just 'by me', it's not something the wolves have come up with together, nobody else knows about this yet. I did get the idea from one foreign wolf, but that wolvie doesn't know I'm actually using the idea.
