We had a great day out and really enjoyed the walk, roll on the next one, Ball Bouncing Bailey springer from the Oldies Club was supposed to be there but he went to his forever home on saturday so he had a good exscuse not to go, couldn't think of a nicer way to raise some money for a rescue either. Titchy said he loved being walked by Aunty Ali and can he visit her again soon please.

Well done, everyone. It looks as if everyone enjoyed it and the weather was great for it, too. Do you know how many people took part in all?

From our local paper
THEY'RE OFF AT A GALLOP Runners of all ages put in the legwork to raise money for a Plymouth animal home.More than 150 people took part in the 'Gables Gallop' at Saltram Park in Plympton on Sunday morning.
Organisers say the eight kilometre race involved the highest number of runners in its four-year history and will have raised around £700 for Gables Farm Dogs and Cats Home.
Lynn Henwood, from Gables Farm, said: "We were hoping for 100 people because it's our centenary year so it was a shock to get 177 taking part.
"We just could not believe so many people turned up.
"It was manic for about an hour and a half before it started.
"There was a great atmosphere and lovely weather, with 107 people in the main run and 70 in the three kilometre Fun Run, including families and even a few dogs.
"I'd like to thank everyone who took part and the volunteers who helped out.
"Hopefully we'll be having another run in October."

I copied that off the web site and then we popped to Sainsburys to have a look in the paper. The article in the paper was a bit more wordy but no photos of the dogs.
May pop to the herald office sometime to see if there were any good photo's
