How about an oldie that still likes play? www.oldies.org.uk/Or a Staffie, and there are plenty of them around in many places?? I'm assuming you have other dogs, but not sure if that is correct? If so are they dogs or bitches?? What kind of size are you looking for? Good luck

should have said sorry I need medium I am in a wheelchair yes I have 2 a bitch who is slowing down and a dog who wants to play and is a pest about it I did think of the oldies but both mine are 10-12 and I was more looking to go lower say 5 or under I can not go staffie as I have carers come in and they can be funny enough about my very friendly collies

I guess location would be the other key thing especially as a rescue is likely to want your current dogs to meet the new one before rehoming.
General location i.e. north/south etc would be a good start point!!
Shame about the staffies cause they love the most amount of cuddles!!

OK an update Helen is taking Poppy to work with her so Zac has come to live with us was told he was a x collie he has not been out is house trained about 6 months vet put him as DOB 7/02/2008 due to what she was told/knew he hates the cats and is the only dog that Kais dislikes HO HUM and the x well its Rottie not had any problems with the carers (yet) he is great he can bounce on all four paws looks like a lamb jumping he can not get used to 3 feeds a DAY but is slowing down a little which helps with the hick ups and has stopped drinking every thing from his bowl Missy bowl Kais bowl the cats bowl I do not think he is used to water left down he has been here 3 weeks his ribs have gone and he is starting to pick his feet up instead off sliding them
