Do you have any escape proof harnesses for a greyhound. And if so what measurements do you need? G4U have had an emergency call to collect a greyhound whose owner wants to have him PTS. However he is extremely nervous and terrified of everything inculding a collar and lead. Hope you can help.

We don't have any in stock, but could make one. We need the chest and waist size's and if you can PM me the address this needs to be sent to, I'll get it sorted ASAP. Hope you aren't worried about colour?

Thanks Al, we put out feelers all over and someone has one that they think will fit. Will let you know his measurements and the address if it doesn't fit. Many thanks

Okay, thanks, but if it is an emergency, and you want to make something in a hurry that will not come off, then find a trail harness that fits, and take a length of webbing - even a man's tie, and pass that through the loop at the top back of the harness, back around the dog's waist and tie the ends together so that they cannot slip. That should stop a dog from pulling the harness off over the top of his head if he is a waisted breed like a greyhound or lurcher. It won't work with a breed that is as large around the waist, or larger, than it is around the chest.
