:-XHey everyone..I am new here. My name is Sue and I have 16 cats, 3 dogs a budgie and a rat.
I work at a cat rescue center at the weekends and absolutely love it. This is the reason I have so many cats now...lol. Some of them are foster kittens or cat that never made it back to the cattery.
My dogs are Darcy, who is a recuse crossbreed who is now about 10 years old, then there is Dudley, who is a 13 year old Yorkie, and then my Miss Sunshine who is almost 7 months old now and also a Yorkie. Her mother died when she and her litter mates were only two weeks old and a friend of mine looked after the litter and hand reared them until they could eat for themselves. I got my little girl when she was only six weeks old and she has been an absolute star!! I love all my furry friends very much..and can't imagine a world without them.
A little about me? Well I am 51 years old, married with one daughter and also a grandson. My husband is disabled, so I look after him. Not much else to add really...lol. I am not an exciting person...lol

Hi Sue, we really need to know more about all your animals but especially those cats that are so lucky to have found you, ummmm just wondering is the rat safe? loo.
I love rats, I used to have a few myself in my younger days, just me my OH and the two dogs and three cats now but I love em all.

More info about the pets.. mmmm.. lets see.. I can give you the names of the cats.. but it would take ages to tell you much more than that at the moment..lol.
Buffy, Spike, Roz, Tia, Percy, Maddie, Crystal, Munchkin, Tara, Lucy, Posh, Scary, Wesley, Sassy, Mouse and Henrietta. All but three of them came from the cattery I work at. Sometimes its just impossible to part with them when you have had them for fostering, especially if it is a long term foster.
Oh. I am glad that someone else likes rats. Its hard to find people who don't just go 'yuck' at the very mention..lol They are wonderful little animals and I have kept them for over 20 years now although have now only the one, which was my daughters. I just haven't the space anymore..lol. The cats don't bother him.. as he is a bit nasty... and bites anything that goes near his cage. We think it was just bad breeding as all our other rats over the years have never been like this. Its a shame as he is a handsome boy (black and white) but he can't be handled at all. He has given me some really nasty bites in the past.
Anything you want to know about the 'gang' just ask.. OK? And I can tell you more.

Welcolme to TRPD im sure once you have figured your way around the board you will be able to make your mind up which team if any you would like to join meanwhile please have fun looking around the board and im sure if you need help in any way someone will help if you just ask.
We are all a friendly bunch and love to hear about all of your animals and see pics if possible.
