Welcome to the group, and please do post some photos of your pets. Everyone here loves photos. I'd love to hear more about your adventures fostering, too.

Hmm... I'll try and do a condensed version. My birds: Bottom left - Sky, bottom middle - Bramley (adopted), bottom right - Honey. Top left - McCloud (adopted, passed away), top right - Storm. Smokie - Cockatiel, she now has a companion called Misty who is similar colours. Tango - my Senegal Parrot. A couple of Java Sparrows in my aviary. Beauty - my boyfriends dog shortly after we adopted her 3 year ago. Rusty - my adopted FIV+ Calici cat. Foster No 1, Hero - from Dundalk Dog Rescue, who needed treatment for an ear infection before travelling over to GSD Rescue (He is a Rottie x GSD). Foster No 2, Abbie - I took her out of Antrim Pound the day before she was due to be pts, and with the help of the Irish Wolfhound Rescue managed to get her rehomed to a lovely family. (She is actually a Scottish Deerhound). Foster No 3, Max - I fostered him when I found out on Northern Ireland Animal Rescue that he was going to be pts because he was showing aggression towards a young child. He just needed to be in a home without small children. Animal Connexions then took him on, and he ended up going over to Dogs Trust to be rehomed. Foster No 4, Cody - We took him on from Animal Connexions as they urgently needed a foster place for him. He has arthritis in his rear knee joints due to meningitis when he was a couple of days old and curvature of the spine due to being left to lie in a bed for 14 weeks as a puppy. We've been fostering him for 7 months now, and seen him grow from a puppy that couldn't walk more than a few steps before falling over to a dog that can go on a walk for over an hour without any problems (he still falls over, but less often and he gets himself up and carries on). He's shortly going to go over to Dogs Trust to have some more rehabilitation and hopefully find a forever home.

Love the photos, and I have a green budgie here just like yours, it was given to me when the owner went into a care home, and has palled up with the others here nicely, although it is by far the biggest.
Cody is just beautiful and so photogenic. Let's hope that he makes a full recovery.
