If you have volunteered to set a quiz, you need to start a new thread with the quiz number and date as the Subject and then copy and paste this format, adding in the relevant details for subject, adjudicator and prizes:
In this quiz members can have a go at as many questions as they like, but MUST nominate a different rescue for the prize each time as we'd like as many rescues as possible to benefit.
IDEAS FOR RESCUES can be found here petcraftproject.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=quiz&action=display&thread=19037
All questions should be answered in this thread, using a new post for each question, together with your team (if you have one) and the name of the rescue you are nominating to receive the prize.
The winner of each prize will be the first member to correctly answer the associated question - Q1 for Prize 1 etc.
The SUBJECT OF THIS WEEK'S QUIZ is: .........................
and the quiz adjudicator is: ............................
There is no time limit for this quiz, it will end when all the prizes have been won.
Questions will be posted in this post and, to whet your appetite for winning, the PRIZES have been listed below in advance. First question at: 8.30pm SHARP
***It would be a HUGE help if the person winning the prize in the quiz could PM the donor and give them the address of the rescue and/or any individual it should be sent to***
PRIZES
Q1 .....
Q2 ......
Q3 ..... etc etc
If you are able to DONATE A PRIZE for future quizzes that would be wonderful. Please go to
petcraftproject.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=quiz&action=display&thread=19494
When LOOKING FOR YOUR ANSWERS please would you consider using
rupertsfund.easysearch.org.uk
This raises money for Rupert's Fund with every search you make [also for The Little Dog Rescue, as they referred us]
Rupert's Fund is raising money to fund research to find the genes responsible for Syringomyelia, a very painful neurological disease that is affecting many Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and other toy breeds. The Fund pays for MRI scans to find older dogs clear of the condition and the research will in time provide tools to help breeders make appropriate breeding decisions.
Thank you......and good luck!
