The object of this photo challenge is for the members to take a photo of doggy related VERBS by the alphabet (no points for more than one photo per letter of the alphabet). Once a verb has been used, it cannot be used again by a different member.
Each photo can only be used once.

petcraftproject.proboards24.com/index.cgi?board=woodland&action=display&thread=1163704323&page=1
The W & W group has decided to have a small, free entry, photo competition, and with the general idea of using copies of the winning and also best runner-up pictures as notelets, embroidery charts and other items that can be made and sold as fund-raisers for various wildlife related projects - e.g. providing a bucket of fat balls per week in the local areas covered! (We get through about 50 fat balls a week and in just three local locations!)
They would like to invite members of the online group to enter as well.
All you need do is post your own, original, WINTER themed photos in this thread, and according to the class criteria, which are:
1. Woodland Wildlife.
2. Garden Visitors.
3. River, Lake or Shoreline Life
4. Mountain & Moorland Mammals & Birds.
There are no entry fees, but competitors must own the copyright of any pictures listed and be willing for thier work to be used for the purposes above.
There will be a small prize for the photos the judges like best in each class, and judging will take place at the end of December - probably over the last weekend in that month.
===================================================================
The Coldies and Oldies Project is still running and will continue through the winter but we depend on you the members, to tell us were there is a dog in need of a coat. Up to date, quite a few dogs have already been provided with a lovely, fleece coat to keep them warm.
===========================================================
The Christmas parcels are well under way and many have already been posted. We have had good feedback from various Rescues about Christmas coming early when they opened the parcels. Poor Al has to go looking for her bed every evening so she can go to sleep.
===========================================================
Other projects are the Teams Christmas Grotto Shops, were the teams have made goods to sell to help raise money for the Coldies & Oldies and the Christmas Parcels. petcraftproject.proboards24.com/index.cgi?board=santasgrotto
The Wildcats keep selling stock they don't have because the Christmas sacks and stockings are so popular. It does keep them out of mischief and the rest of us can relax for a short time <g>
The Wolves are selling a beautiful dog shawl with tassels on as well as dog bed covers and others items.
The Naughty Neddies still have a vellor fleece throw with horses along 2 borders. These are lovely warm throws that you can snuggle into.
They also have hand made Christmas cards and dog collar covers so you can change the look of your dog's collar. Theres are quite pretty for little girl dogs and also faux skin type covers for the boy dogs.
Everyone at TRPD is a volunteer who gives their time to help the dogs in rescue. We can only do this if we get the support from other members so please come and help us help the animals in rescue.
Thank you.
The TRPD Team.

The Coldies and Oldies Project is still running and will continue through the winter. This relies on Rescue Representatives and members posting in the Staffroom to ensure we know where there is a particularly needy dog in the care of a rescue that needs a coat. To date, a few needy dogs have received a fleece coat or raincoat to help keep them warm and dry but the worst of the winter is yet to come.
==================================================
The Christmas parcels are well under way and many already despatched. We have had good feedback from some rescues about Christmas coming early.
==================================================
Three teams are running shops in the ‘Christmas Grotto’, where members have used their skills to make some lovely items to help raise money for the Coldies & Oldies and Christmas Parcels projects. Find those at: petcraftproject.proboards24.com/index.cgi?board=santasgrotto
Remember, everyone participating in Pet Craft Project activities is a voluntary member giving what they can, how they can, and as and when able, to help animals in rescue. We can only do this to the best of our collective ability if we all pull together and each do just a little to support the group effort.
Thank you.
