You may have to wait for Raiye to answer that one as I didn't fo the mice, I did little circles with tails on.

Why not make some for the Virtual Prize Box, Julie? I think there are a few members here now who know of cat rescues that they could support and where the cats would probably love some toys. (Oh, and if you need any fleecy off-cuts to turn into cat toys, let me know, as I have plenty spare and can send you some. ;D )

If ive done them right (just hope the cats are blindfolded lol) they are very quick to make. Once I get going again, ill have about 9. Ill put a picture up to see what you think, and then put them up for rehoming lol If any good, ill be making more. Its very theraputic

Yes, it is theraputic... and addictive, too. At least these mice are easier to rehome than most animals entering rescues. That reminds me, Jazz, I still have those plastic forks here to send you... I think I should use some fleece/material scraps of mouse-sized proportions to pad them out with while in transit. Well, you can't make mice from bubble wrap, or are you doing knitted mice only? (In which case, perhaps I can find some wool as packing... ? ;D

no thats fine, im making the mice out of the fleece material. The dilemma I have, is where do the eyes go lol

Eyes? Surely they usually go inside the cat or the vaccum cleaner? Jazz, have you ever heard of those 'blind mice'? Well, you could always pack them in threes and do a label saying the pack cotains '3 Blind Mice'! In factr, do that and you might get away with no tails, too! ;D

Mice with no tails? Nah, our cats say the tail is the best bit of their much loved fluffy "mouse" (the ears and the eyes both went AWOL many years ago).
